While it may be a jog from Tulsa this hotel has been great. When I arrived I was greeted by Samantha, who was very courteous. I'm on a work trip where I'm traveling for work, and I'm on call. Sunday evening I got the phone call mid laundry, I had to leave. I was again greeted by Samantha who graciously offered to finish my laundry, which was above and beyond her duties for the hotel and it's guests. She has been awesome for my entire stay. If ever in Tulsa I will make it a point to stay at this Candlewood. For her superior customer service I hope IGH sees her as a great asset to the organization, and properly either compensates her for her going the extra mile for it's guests. Great stay and even better service!
The only thing bad about this hotel is Google maps directions. There are many reasons to live this hotel: First and foremost the staff was very kind. They treated every guest with respect. They were real people who wasn't pretentious in their actions. My room was very nice and comfortable. It had everything that I needed with the exception of a safe. This is the first hotel that I actually preferred to just relax in my room instead of running around and exploring the area. If I have the need to be in the area again, I will most definitely stay here.
It's kind of an odd location. It's behind a fast food restaurant, and their drive-thru is part of the entrance to the hotel, which makes navigating through there sort of odd, and you have to watch for idiots. It was clean and quiet and had a great breakfast selection of items, although I wish they'd had more fresh fruit.
Excellent hotel and service. The only reason I rated the location slightly lower is because it was a little out of the way but that also made it more secluded.
I can't remember when I had a better stay in any hotel. I am a super happy camper. The beds were soft and comfortable as were the pillows. Everything was in place, my morning coffee and even popcorn was available. There are shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom in dispensers. To my delight there was a hair dryer, the the towels were clean and fluffy and there were nice blackout curtains for my daytime sleeping. At the end of my stay I just felt completely rejuvenated, rested and ready to work. I can't say enough good things about Candlewood Suites extended-stay. They have a locker in the lobby with items that they will loan you such as blenders and corkscrews -even cables for jumping your car if your battery goes low. One of their innovative ideas was to put a gym inside the laundromat. I had a lovely experience. I highly recommend you try staying at the Candlewood Suites Extended Stay the next time you're in town. You will be glad you did!
Great place really clean and friendly staff. Nice amenities the kitchenette is awesome. Only thing this place needs is a hot tub. The TV in the room is microscopic that's my only real complaint.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. After driving many hours we were exhausted and hungry. The staff recommended a few different places that people liked and those that she and her husband liked to go after church
Great Stay!" Five stars for the sleep quality and the shower! The beds at this Candlewood were incredibly comfortable—best night's sleep I’ve had in a while. Also, the hot water and water pressure were spot on, which isn't always a guarantee at hotels. Highly recommend!
